Question P0340 p0345

I am working on a 2006 f150 with a 5.4. It has 2 continuous memory codes P0340 and P0345. It runs rough, stalls, and knocks after the engine oil temp hits 160*. I do not have any voltage going to the cam sensors or are they supposed to have voltage going to them. The cam sensor are generating 1.5 ac volts. I have continuity on grey/red wires between the 2 cam senors. I have continuity on the grey from the cam sensor to the computer. Is there anything else I need to check or is it the computer? A wiring schematic would be of some help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the oil pressure and it was low (I think 15psi warm idling). The rest of the motor sounded good except for the vct noise it was making. The oil pressure gauge in the trucked showed fine but when I put the mechanical gunge in it showed low. I put a whole motor in it from Ford.
