Well the factory ones I pulled off at 86,000mi didn't break and didn't want to come out either. There was no gasket or copper washer just straight plug and the 1pc motorcrafts I replaced them with didn't come with anything either. Hopefully somebody finds this thread and it helps them remember to tighten their plugs when they have a misfire. I researched this for about a week and read everything from bad battery, alternator giving of rf transmission, cracked valves, pistons, injectors, cops, magic rain drops, FPDM, etc etc etc and it was very nerv wrecking, glad it turned out to just be a stupid loose plug. I was really hopeing it was and injector and that it had bent a rod so I could get a new motor but oh well
