Question 2008 F150 4.6L 4x4 trans fault + P0106 +, +, +

Allo allo allo, FIRST OFF, I APPRECIATE AND AM GRATEFUL FOR ANY AND ALL ADVICE OR FEEDBACK
I want to post a Problem I've encountered with my 2008 F150 4.6L XLT Triton 4X4, I had recently posted a issue I had that was solved by my good mates dad. He diagnosed, what I believed to be a internal bearing noise on the passenger side of the engine compartment, as a exhaust leak. The sound was horrible and still occurred after the belt was removed.
So, I, while working 70+hrs a week, found time to re: n re: the passenger exhaust manifold gaskets and studs. lots of fun! I think Book time is 8hrs, with out broken studs. Took me 14. 1 Hr to weld a nut to the broken off studs, back 2. Anyways. Button er all back up and voila!
For a few days. Some prior information was the these lil' hiccups I felt with a small amount of hesitation, usually after a descent and turn maneuver, would hesitate and be kinda bucky/sluggish? while asking for a bit more than normal acceleration up to 50 kmh, and then no problem. A few times this happened, and usually on an incline of sorts.
So, Longer story short. LOL. Truck has gotten alot worse on the acceleration, ie. have to feather the pedal to get it to come up to speed if even. And wont go faster than 30 Kmh up a hill. sluggish, the whole time your asking for more...
So, after the passenger exhaust manifold gasket repair:
--fuel filter (was hard to blow through
--air filter change
--MAF sensor clean (with sensor safe spray)
--vacuum leak from the passenger fuel rail that had been neglected for months
The first and only code that Ive got is P0106

P0106 - MAP/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem

From the research Ive gathered, Is the the 4.6L has no MAP or if it does, its integrated with the EGR/ECM?
(I want to inform you the truck had sat On Vancouver Island for 3 months in the rain while we were away, and when I returned had an ignition starting issue! Again, so much fun after a 44 hr day from Auckland via Brisbane to Vancouver to Vancouver island and no start.)
I just want to mention the extra info as far as the truck sitting as if that may have something to do with it?
I havent changed the EGR yet, I live in a small town with no parts accessibility, and today while the Missus was driving to work had it send a TRANS FAULT in the LCD display. And the O/D light was flashing. So, in the midst of all the work, we have to do for the next 3 months 10 to 18 hr days, trying to diagnose this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I went to read it tonight it still only threw the P0106 Code. And the trans fault was gone. No blinking O/D light. The temp today was roughly 20C. I did check the oil, it was in the cold zone while hot, so I will add more tomorrow.
I did purchase a FPDM but havent installed yet. Cant see that causing the problem.
So while driving, up a hill and it can barely make it, under load, but when I dump it into Neutral it revs right up... like a hot damn, bit of shudder but responsive. Put it back in gear and putt putt.

ANY IDEAS AT ALL GUYS?
THANKS, I WILL CHANGE THE FPDM. I THINK ITS TRANNY OR TORQUE CONVERTER RELATED
PLEASE HELP, IMD
