Exclamation p0175 and p0174

I'm getting these codes at the same time...
P0174 lean on bank 2
P0175 Rich on bank 2

I don't have a clue how this is possible.. i've read multiple forums on different trucks and cars and people are saying vacuum hoses and O2 Senors... Has anyone else have this problem... I just changed the VCT Solenoids and I have a 2004 5.4 f150 SCREW FX4 with 120k the symptoms are like a misfire on start up and some times in park after start upbut not all the time or not at a redlight or traffic... I've thought of a fuel injector getting stuck. I've had problems on cylinder 6 with spark and coil misfires but those codes are gone... any help would be great so I wouldn't have to take it to ford and get welled by 100$/hr... Please and Thanks.

Possibly an O2 sensor giving irratic readings.

Alright, I guess I clean the O2 sensors. What's the best way? Brush and a cleaner? And if that doesn't work I guess I'll just buy some O2 sensors.

I don't think a brush and cleaner is wise; they have a coating on their tip.

I'm providing a best diagnosis of your problem, but cannot say 100% it's going to correct it with an O2 change. While you do have 120K on them (and they are ready for replacement), I don't want you spending the money on them and have the codes still exist.
