Default P0171 & p0012 5.4

I have a 2005 SCREW 4x4 5.4 132k.

Idles rough after warming up & diesels
Will shake really bad in lower RPMs, seems to go away above 2200
Previously had P0022, replaced solenoid (no improvement) and then P0021 came up (plan to change solenoid tonight, but i dont have high hope), Always getting misfires. This truck has been giving me the run around for weeks now and i'm really losing it. Any help/tips/ideas would be appreciated. Here is a list of work done/parts replaced...

8 spark plugs (motorcraft)
oil&filter(motorcraft full synthetic)
Rislone engine treatment
Cam sensors
drivers head (i damaged the old trying to get #8 plug out)
intake manifold
Fuel additive to clean injectors (no improvement)
Timing CVR set
Thermostat
Timing chain
Timing guide
Tensioner
Timing arm

I plan to check for vacuum leaks, fpdm (visual inspection), change 2nd VCT, pull oil pan check screen on puller tube. If none of that i plan to move on to pulling the covers off and checking phasers.

Also, haven't driven the truck in about 10 days, drove it last night and it ran like crap from start, shakes bad enough it locks up my seatbelt. Way under powered. Thanks again for any help.

Installed pass side solenoid last night. Didnt have a chance to drive it, but it still shakes in low RPMS (even in Park)

I've wondered about the COPs, cant i test these??? I kinda just have a feeling its the Phasers, hope i'm wrong.

Default Progress...??

So after changing out the 2nd VCT solenoid, the dieseling seems to have gone away. Still getting misfires. I pulled COPs while it what running and found that i got no change when unplugging cyl 3&8. So i swapped 2&3, 6&8 to verify that it was the COPs. Now 6&8 both have change when unplugged, and 2&3 both have NO change when unplugged....(WTF). I did one side at a time so i know i didnt get them mixed up. Also, I noticed what looks like coolant down in #3 (pooled up where the plug*COP go...) So i guess i'm going to try and clean out the coolant, prob pick up a couple coils and see where i can get.

Ideas/thoughts????

do you use a power washer under your hood when you wash your truck?

Default problem solved...sorta

Sooo.... work decided to give me a truck. Guess I'm going to sell my ford. I'd still like to get it running correctly before I sell it, but put as little money as possible. Probably going to single out which COPs need replacement and only do those. Or leave it misfiring and just trade it in
