Default Oxygen Sensor - Which one?

Hi

I need to replace my O2 sensor.
I found 2 on Ebay but one has 3 wire universal oxygen sensor ,heated and the other one is a 2 wire universal oxygen sensor, unheated. I tend to go with the first one but I'm not sure.

It is a 2006 super cab F150 XL 5.4 V8.

Thank you for taking the time to try and help.

Ford lists 2 different ones. DY835 for the front, and DY992 for the rear.

If I remember my codes right, that would be the drivers side, in front of the cat.

Are you getting a code? The truck has 4 O2 sensors.

The DY835 is the sensor in front of the cat, the DY992 is the sensor behind the cat.
