Yep, good advice here. Absolutely make sure the seal comes out, sometimes they like to stay in the valve body. If you have the yellow plug in the pan, toss it in the trash. It was used as a dust plug for the dipstick hole in the trans before it was installed on the assembly line. I use brake cleaner on the pan and magnet, when installing the pan, don't over tighten the bolts. Many a first timer has stripped the pan bolts or snapped them off by over tightening.
