Default Bed line the whole truck?

I have an 04 fx4, gloss black. This is it

I plan on getting fiberwerx fenders and besides like these

when I need new tires so that I can run 40s because I think the 37s look too small (I have 4.88s).. it'll also be getting painted at some point. My question is is it a good or bad idea to paint a whole vehicle in bedliner? Also does it look decent? In pictures it looks kinda cool and I think with prerunner fenders and red 24x14s on 40s it could be a really unique look. Basically I'm looking for pics/opinions on bedliner vs gloss black. Thanks in advance

Im a black truck guy myself but cant seem to get into the murdered out look. I like a little subtle color and contrast.

Cant say i care for the matte look on the body though. I dig it on parts like side steps and bumpers. I was gonna do the side steps on my 01 but was quoted $200 ea. by line x so.......yeah.

Line x also had quite a few colored options for the body on their website. Interesting for sure....

Edit- btw, your truck looks cool how it is. Maybe time for a matching bike or boat...

Thanks! I'd love to have a matching street bike but being 18 insurance is crazy, and I don't have the money haha. I like the gloss black too but my rims are torture for paint. My body was perfect when I had 20x9s then after a year of having 20x10s I noticed how many chips there were and how some of them had started to corrode (just a little, easily fixable) and now with 14 wides I can't go a mile down the road without hearing a big smack from something on the road. So I'm looking for something a little more durable whenever I get around to painting it

Makes it bulletproof right?
Only vehicle I've seen in person, was an older jeep that looked like it was a hunting/rec vehicle.

I seen a truck few locally that were bedlined. They didn't look bad. The problem is, once you do it. There's basically no going back. I personally wouldn't do it to my daily. I'll be doing it to my jeep. But my jeep is a toy and doesn't see the street.

I personally don't like the bedliner look unless it's a jeep. I'm more of a gloss paint guy. Btw who's dark grey f150 with the fenders is that? I want to see more pictures of it!

It's only neat if it's a backwoods runner or a demo vehicle for a liner company.

I wouldn't do it either. If you were to ever sell it, then new owner would have to like the bedlinered look, as there is no way to go back to a normal paint job after a vehicle has been bedlinered. Up to you. I think your truck looks nice the way it is.

This is exactly how I feel about the look.
