Still waiting for the supercharger to come in. Been almost two weeks now.

Just got a call from powere labs, one of the brackets for the supercharger is on back order. It's going to take another 2 weeks.

Well bad news from power labs. They called me up today and said that they could not do the supercharger for my truck. So after waiting 3 weeks all they had for me was an apology and my 3000 dollar refund. Sorry to say the supercharger is not going to happen and I am really bummed.

I think its time to go truck shopping.

Well that's crappy, totally gave you blue ***** on that! J/k... I suspected it was going o be a daunting task for a shop that has never attempted it. There's no actual SC made for our model year 4.6 trucks. But like I said before, I have found that you can adapt the SC made for the 99-03 trucks, it takes custom piping to route the intercooler. Sorry to hear man. I was excited to see the outcome of this.

Well, I guess it's time to move on to a 5.4 3V, 3.5 Ecoboost or 5.7 Hemi!

BTW: If you do happen to go with the Hemi, be sure to get the earlier model Hemis like mine. The ones with multi-displacement cylinder de-activation have so many problems!

Nah I will never go back to a dodge..I have owned several and all had way too many problems. I am thinking either the ecoboost or the 5.0.

I'd go with the Ecoboost just because of the twin turbo V6 having a great compromise of power and efficiency. I'd skip the 6.2 simply because it doesn't impress me with it's modest numbers. Until it becomes a 3V or DOHC 4V, I wouldn't bother. The Coyote would be cool but I'd rather have that in a Mustang than an F-150.
