They have mine (2010) for 72.95, but not "make offer".

Put the leveling kit on today.
It took me 2 hrs for the first one because I had a bear of a time getting the bottom strut back in place. After I figure what the hell I was doing it took 30 min. for the other.
I got a little nervous at first because I had to disconnect so much stuff. After watching a youtube video on another similar kits install I realized I was doing it correctly.
The first thing I should have done was throw the direction out.

No before pic but I'll take an after pic.

Too bad I didnt video tape the install. The first 2 hrs would have been me cursing like the old man in Christmas story when he goes down to fix the furnace and the other 30 min. I was quite like a nun in church.

Hahaha, the old man scenes from that movie always reminded me of my old man and the string of curses all thrown together when **** hit the fan. He would also pick away at any bird left out to cool on the kitchen counter.

We needed a 30mm deep well socket for the lower strut bolt on a 2007 FX4 (not mine).

Why do you need to get an alignment?

Since you are removing your strut assembly, control arms, and tie rod, you're alignment will definitely be out of whack.

I wondered the same thing, can't remember which wheel was out of spec but one was close and the other was way out, even tho my truck drove straight and seemed fine. Had it aligned two days after I leveled it cause I installed new tires same time I leveled it... Didn't want to chew them up!
