Wow! This is most likely because I am thrifty, but that price is high.

For that reason, I would'nt buy it, as that family of clowns certainly does not need my money! The show used to be entertaining; they even built some nice artwork in the form of two wheeled motorcycles. Then they had to go mellow drama, and it got stupid. Now they just produce overpriced bikes and slap their name on them.

And now a Ford truck appears....

Buy a truck, improve on it with your own personal tasts, and enjoy it. Awhile back, someone started a post here asking for ideas that folks did to their truck. It was excellent, as the individual changes that were done on the trucks shown by pictures indicated that there's still originallity out there. Search out that post and it will motivate you into creating your own truck.

Maybe someone should call Mikey and tell him to buy that OCC truck; then in a future episode they would have the father drive it into a snowbank, or into his old office, or into the woods like he did with his other vehicles. That will entertain some folks.
exactly right on the money, except for one thing. mikey cant buy anything. daddy put him in the unemployment line.

Go buy a nice truck, with a decent option package, then modify it to your tastes without being a rolling billboard/poser wanna be.

(for the record I am a biker)

100% correct!
I've owned a custom shop for over 10 years, been to the dealer shows and saw to many of there bikes. they are very crude, unfinished, unsafe and very overpriced, IMO.
I ment them the first year, and only time they were it the dealer show in Cincinnati, 98 or 99 I think. Dicks is the only word I can think of.

Thanks for all of the replies. My salesman at the dealership told me he thinks the truck was a dealer add-on as well (great guy, I've bought a few vehicles from him). I am glad to hear some of your passion about motorcycles and the hate you have for OCC. I am not a biker and could care less about these guys. At most I would have to take off some stuff to make it non OCC. I like the look of the truck and am going to buy it.

Back to me second question though... What is the towing capacity of the 2006 5.4L V-8 with max towing package? Thanks for all of your input!

With an arrogant and rude comment like that I'm not surprised.

If the OP wants it and likes it more power to you. I'm not above the OP to make any negative comments like some other jackasses in this thread.

I've been accused of being negative, and rude for suggesting that folks use the search command for most of their questions; a pet peive of mine. For that I have appoligized, but it is still my opinion, which is what these forums are all about.

Hopefully the original poster will read the answers that he/she solicited, and will make up their own mind as to what to buy.

Personally, I am not a big fan of buying someone elses ideas, but rather make the truck "my own" by creating my own modifications based on my tastes. I mentioned staying away from the OCC truck for the reason that they don't need the money (OCC crew).

But again, that was just my opinion. If the original poster likes it, then by all means they should buy it and be proud of it.

I'll still drink a beer with all of you at the end of the day.

That my fellow F150 owner, is a proper and mature opinion which I applaud.

I appreciate all of your comments and I didn't take any of your comments personally. I really like the look of the truck and have decided to buy it. My orignal post was just to see if anyone has ever heard of an OCC edition truck. OCC isn't making any money off of me anyways. They made their money the first tile he truck was purchased. Anyways thanks for the comments!

Congrats on the new truck. I use to really love that show when I was younger. I don't know a lot about bikes, but they always seemed to make a quality product.

True that.
