They replaced it no questions asked. The replacement works as designed. They have a 2 year warranty as well.

Me too. It seems I have bad luck. Every time I order something I either get a broken part or they send me the wrong stuff. Had hell getting the right tires I ordered from Amazon. At least OPT7 had quick response and resolution.

I have opt-7 HID and a opt-7 32" light bar in the front bumper, one of my HID's dimmed and changed color. They sent me a new one with free overnight shipping. I cannot comment about the LED bulbs but I will say the stand behind their products. I highly recommend any of you gents checking them out.

Sorry to bring this back up...but I bought a set of theses led lights and same thing they sat at an angle. I saw the screw you were talking about to take out but to put it back there's no hole. Did you have to drill new ones. How did you get it to stay.

I didn't drill a new hole. The friction fit is plenty tight. If you don't adjust them to straight up and down the light pattern is horrible.

They put out good, usable light.

Let's see how long they last. LED headlight bulbs seem to burn out quick, so the cost to keep them going would be my concern.
