Opinions on aftermarket radios ?
I've been looking at the 6.5" touchscreen made by (I think "squares"), all plug N play and around $500+. Or the 7" android which is also nice for a little less $422+. Anyone have either one or ever debated about 2 that can push me towards which one might be better than the other ?

I bought a kenwood deck, no touchscreen, for around $120 bucks and a pair of kenwood excelon speakers with the money i saved by not going touch screen if you wanna go that route. I've had it for two or three years and love it. USB port and aux cable input. Can't remember the output though...

While some will no doubt scoff at my answer, the China ones sold on ebay can be good. I bought one a few years ago, moved it to two different trucks, and it never failed me. GPS, bluetooth, and backup camera.

The android I saw on eBay is from China but it's equipped with everything. It has a feature where my son can play a game on my iPhone and it will come up on the tv screen. The navi, Bluetooth, etc is useful to me living in the New Orleans area.

I picked up a Kenwood Touch Screen Deck in December for $350 from Crutchfield. Pretty happy with it so far and one of my favorite parts was the back-up camera I added!!
Here is is in my truck:

I guess the way I think is if I'm gonna do something to my truck, and do it right for me and my family (not putting anyone down) but just getting the whole pkg in one bundle and worrying about the rest later. I do plan on installing a BU camera and other things but I guess I was really trying to see if anyone else had any of the 2 I was looking at to see the similarity and/or differences. No problemo, me casa e' su casa
