Default Opinions on an 04

Here's the situation. Got a buddy who's looking at a 2004 Black FX4 Screw. It's a Jasper reman 5.4 with 120k miles. No audible timing issues whatsoever. Also has a freshly rebuilt tranny with 4 year warranty. Very clean looking and they're only asking a hair over 7k for it. Plugs are updated as well. I'm thinking yeah... what are yall's thoughts?

The major issues are taken care of, I'd jump on it.

Scorge I think it seems like a good price for the repairs that it has.

That's what I'm thinking too. He was trying to buy mine, but I wouldn't budge so I was offering opinions on 11th gens he was looking at. This one seems like an amazing deal. Has an aftermarket exhaust on it too, owned by an older gentleman.
