Fixed it. The yellow wire with a green tracer is your switching power from the window switch (the one linked above) find it in the door boot and make sure it's not cut up. Mine was. Everything works like it should now.

Window control fixed
Found same on my 2007 F150 supercab. Yellow wire with green tracer and white wire with yellow tracer broken in driver's-side door harness boot. Both are heavier gauge (#12?) than others in harness. Repaired both. All window controls working perfectly, now.
