Okay AC Problem solved
After much head banging finaly my mechanic went over everything that I did and it was correct. It seems the computer quit reading the ground to the relay. He put a separate ground on it(From fender to the box on drivers side I think it was RO 1) and it works just fine. so if you have checked everything else out that could be the culprit. I will post a pic of what he did shortly.

Okay really cant see what he did but all he did was run a short wire f
From the drivers side fender to the ground spade on the ac relay(Little box on drivers side fender.) You will have to check the wiring diagram to see which one it is but I don't want to take mine apart while its working so well but the big thing is the ECM is beginning to fail. I have been having some issues with key turning on engine, Rough Idol and lagging power now and then. depends on when I start it. I start it and sometimes everything is great other times no dice. So I am getting another ecm and having it flashed.

Bring your truck up to operating temp and do the battery relearn process and maybe even the throttle body calibration to see if it helps first, free to try and may help. Battery relearn process has helped me many times before when I had disconnected the battery or had an unsteady idle. Good luck Tom

I think as with mine I think that your ecm has went bad. Everyone telling me different but I had one in a 99 burb that had 70 grand on the clock go south. To many quirks to not believe it is the ECM. Just got mine in mail yesterday and will have it flashed tomorrow.

Where did you buy your ECM? There's quite a few of those on Ebay but they don't match the serial number on mine, maybe cuz mine is from Canada is harder to find here
