Default ok to drive?

Have my worn tires on still, going to install level soon, will it hurt the truck any to ride it for a few weeks after level w no alignment?

Wont hurt the truck might wear the tires more but you said they were already worn so as long as it stops and steers ok go for it

Yeah new nittos are going on, already in my condo dining room haha just need level first, then it will prolly be a week or two before mounting, oh and, will I see the 2.5"? Or not fully until level?

Yeah and you dont feel a god awful vibration or like bubbabud says and when you turn the steering wheel left and the truck goes right, you should be good! JK.
I rode on mine for 3 days with the stock pirellis before the alignment and didnt have a problem.
