Default Rumble strips/ buzzing/ humming w/ Video

Not my video, but this is exactly what my truck does. Usually when shifting into OD, but sometimes uphill going into 3rd. Can feel it in the floor. I've already put a tranny in this truck and it made the noise with the old and new one. 100,000 mile service was done and plugs were changed. Rear diff cover was swapped out along with royal purple diff fluid. 4 different sets of wheels and tires on the truck over the past two years and has done it with every set. Gets worse when towing... Pls help me out guys

I swear soon as i gave the money to the guy and left with my truck at 70mph i had a rumble strip from 3-4. I was like GOD DAMN IT and was about to do a complete ****ing UTURN. But before i lost my cool i googled it. It's a really common issue. With that said, got Transmission pan dropped, new filter, filled almost to the top with new ATF fluid, then about half a bottle of lucas transmission fix was poured in. (with 185k it needed to be done, figured might as well since people said this helped 90% of them)

Got home, read it could be coil packs going bad as well. So i changed my plugs, never had another issue afterwards. Simply could be a misfire from weak coils or plugs!!!

However, i purchased these Motorking brand Coil Packs from Amazon here recently because it just didnt feel right to me and felt bad putting good plugs with 200k mile old coils back on. They have been getting the job done very well for the price. Had a little more pep to the acceleration

I had the SAME scenario when I bought my truck, signed the title, got my plates, got on the highway and tadaaa it started.. I didn't care enough at the time because for the past two years I haven't been driving on the highway as much. I'm going to replace my coil packs, and if that doesn't work, I'll start lookibg for the culprit in the driveline. Thanks for your response
