Default Truck hit the 200k milestone

Today my 06 f 150 5.4 l hit 200,000 miles on my way to work. Still amazed at how well it still runs and performs. Has never left me on the side of the road. Still looking forward to many miles ahead. I have had the truck for 7 years and many more to go!

What motor? 200K is awesome, 300K is impressive and 400K is amazing.

Does it have any mods? Tuner, CAI, exhaust etc?

Thanks guys. It has a 4 1/2 inch super lift lift kit, k&n 77 series cai, and a edge evolution programmer. I've had that set up for awhile now and no problems. Just replaced and changed normal wear an tear components. And it's the 5.4 L motor.

I've personally driven one with 300,000+, and other than the retarded tires that were on it(lugs so big you could feel the the tires roll) it ran and drove very well.

Hello all, I'm new to the forum but not to F150's. This is my third. I too have recently hit the 200K milestone, but I have a question on maintenance milestones. I have never had a vehicle with miles this high. I bought the truck a year (or so) ago with (about) 180k on it. today it sits at 205K. It was a prior police truck and from what I can tell was very well cared for. Today I noticed a new sound, I can place it. Not a knock or a tick nor a snap, just a sound (I know, prob not helpful). Since I've had it, I've done the regular maintenance to keep it going strong. I'm wondering what else I should be doing, or what should be done at this point, and down the road. I'm looking to carry this well over the 300K mark. I am a firm believer in taking care and driving smart, this is attainable.
