You might hear that you can go 10k, but that is crazy in my mind.
Anything before 5k, and you are just wasting money.
Same here, 5K on Motorcraft 5W20 syn-blend and FL820S Motorcraft filter.

How is the truck being used? Do you haul or tow with it?

A general rule is that semi synthetic oils can be used up to 5K. Full synthetics can go into the double digit ranges before requiring its change.

I tow a six thousand pound camper often, and use a full synthetic oil. I'll start looking for oil sale deals around the 6 to 7K mileage time frame. I usually do not leave the oil in it beyond 7K. Because of my towing, I installed an engine oil cooler.

I do mine between 3k-4k. Motorcraft 5w-20 Synth. Blend with the Motorcraft Filter. It runs me around $25~ to do it. I plan on being religious with these numbers as I've got 140k miles on my motor and don't have any Cam Phaser issues yet, so I'd like to keep it that way.

Every 5k with Mobile 1 5w20 fully synthetic and Motorcraft FL820S filter. I unfortunately have the cam phaser tick but the truck's engine has ran great otherwise. I have 154k miles on it now and it had around 26k when I purchased it.

I have the dealer do mine.

They put the sticker on the window saying to come back every 5k. They use the motorcraft oil/filter.

I go about 5k-7k. I've gone as long as 11,000 with M1 EP 5w20 and a Fram Ultra filter. The truck burned a little of this oil, but it did ok.

My suggestion is if you want to extend your drain intervals is take a sample of your oil and send it to Blackstone Labs. They can do an used oil analysis on it and tell you how the oil is doing, or did, in YOUR truck. Only costs about 35 bucks and they'll also let you know the TBN of the used oil. This is how much of the additive pack is still available. This is what Ive been doing and have found that Walmart's Supertech Syn is actually a very good choice for my engine.
