Ok changed the oil today also grabbed some rain guards. When I went to put the new oil in i noticed a milky substance on the cap. There has always been water in the exhaust. It smells sweet but i think it's due to a bad exhaust manifold. I'm s!!tting my pants thinking its the head gasket. I inspected the filter no milky crap was in there. I drain into an enclosed drain pain and didn't inspect the oil. I will tomorrow as well getting it up to op temperature and checking the oil thought the day. I was reading its typical when its cold and you make short trips, which I do. The truck only has 66 k on the clock. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Milky oil cap is normal. It's caused by driving the truck short drives and not letting it get up to normal temp. I have if all the time. My job is only a mile away from home

+1 its just condensation at the coldest part of the engine. I get it every winter in the fill spout.
