Off the line drag
I drive a 2005 F150 Supercrew 5.4L V8 with an edge evolution, K&N Air filter, and GOTTS mod, my buddy drives a 1998 f150 standard cab 4.6L V8 2WD short box bone stock. Tonight he told me he wants to drag me and that he would whoop my *** cuz he is lighter. My question is: Would he?

um... i dont know about lighter... and i dont think they made a 4.6L V6... if he has the v6, its the 4.2L... is his stick or auto? cause my friends dad has a 4.2 99 stick, and its got some power... like you'd be surprised what they got... but i dont think he will whoop you... you will prob win by a little
Edit: 1st gear on my friends 99 4.2L takes him up to about 50

Rain today so no race yet. We might video tape it when we do it. It wont be on the track but it is way out in the country on a strip of road that is dead straight for about 6 miles and we are using 1/4 of it. But if it makes u feel better I can lie.

So you're saying put some cash down on it huh. He wont bet. I told him how everyone on here said I would beat him and he started "doubting" himself. Haha We are gona line em up still.

before I got my 05 I raced my brother with my 99 5.4 scab vs his 06 5.4 screw. the 99 was lighter and the 5.4 has no throttle lag. I beat him clean. But the 4.6 wont have the power to beat you, specially with your mods.
