When I got it the miles matched on the title but it looks like it was a Rental for. The. First 5 yrs in colorado then went to Milwaukee for auction thats when the mileage got tampered with and now its at 148000 after Being at 160000 already

I. Read up on it last night and it says they hook up a computer to it and put whatever mileage they want on it

in my case its a known defect on the older Neons to have the cluster go bad.
