Default OBDII connector has no power.

On a 2008 F150 when I try to connect a scan tool it won't turn on. Tried 2 different ones. Is there a fuse that powers the connector?

#41 fuse usually, 20 amp mini fuse, in the fuse fox by the passenger side foot inside the truck

Passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box
The fuse panel is located under the right-hand side of the instrument
panel. Remove the trim panel and fuse box cover to access the fuses.
To remove the fuse box cover, place
a finger behind the PULL tab and
your thumb above the PULL tab as
shown in the illustration, then pull
the cover off.

Yes I found the info in the 2008 owners manual which is different from the info on my 2007 service manual DVD. There must have been a production change for '08. My fuse is #110 and is not a simple cheap 50 cent mini fuse but a $3 or $4 cartridge fuse. I just swapped the fuse from the in-dash power point until I get a new one.
