Default Now I'm blown!!!!!

Got my Vortech supercharger installed and running!!
Tomorrow is dyno time!! I won't lie, buying a used kit became a challenge, due to missing parts, but it also gave me room and ideas for improving on what Vortech designed..

Wow! I'm really interested in seeing the results of this. I'm looking for the Whipple myself but that'll be way down the road from now. I've always wondered how the centrifugal superchargers would react to our Triton motors.

if anyone needs some help with a similar project, just ask, I went trough a lot of research to get this done right.. If I can save you some time and hassle it would be a good way to repay the good help I got from forums online!!

I will post video tomorrow after dyno tune, right now it just has a basic safe tune to make it to the shop safely..
This is a discontinued kit from Vortech, I bought it used without the 39# injectors and tuner for $2200, but the head unit was a fresh rebuild from Vortech unused ($840 paid by seller) .. I got tuner, 39# injectors, 160 degree thermostat, hto spark plugs and a new gates belt for a total of $800 give or take a few bucks...
Dyno time should be two hours $300..
By tomorrow I will know how much horsepower I got for $3300!!!

That is awesome. That thing is going to haul a** now! By the way, what is that cylinder on the passenger-side of the radiator, opposite the intercooler?
