Default Not starting...

I went out to turn my truck on for work and didn't start. While trying to start i looked at my gauge for my battery and it would go down very low the more and more i tried to start. I got the battery tested, old. Bought new one installed and still wont start? Cleaned the connection thoroughly. Whats your thoughts?

Default What happens if you spray some starting fluid into throttle body

That may tell if its a fuel problem or ignition . If it fires at all its the fuel .
I think there is an un used port on the side of most of them . Ps: I have not had to do this but I have heard that it is done .

You never stated did the truck turn over as in the starter works fine or did it just click/nothing?

Is the little light on the dash blinking rapidly? If the battery was completely dead, it might need to re-pair? with the key. Key in, turn on, let it sit for a few minutes, then try starting. (IIRC) Eventually the light should start to blink every few seconds instead of a rapid flash.
