I think I know the answer to this query but I ask nonetheless.
When I am backing up and apply the brakes I get a low whining noise. Had a similar problem on my 05 Ram that I traded for this F150. But on the Ram I had just replaced the rear rotors and pads. On the F150, it has original rear brakes which are in quite good shape. Is this a brake dust noise or something?

Curious on this dads does this as well but his just sounds like the brakes are still cold yet when they shouldn't be 20 miles later.

Have you tried taking the calipers off and spraying everything down with Brake Parts cleaner and reinstalling?
