Noise when rpms go up

Noise when rpms go up
When i hit the gas enough to speed up and the rpms go up over say 2200 or so i get a really weird noise that comes from the right side of the truck its like a winding sound. It goes away after it shifts untill the rpms go up again its weird....any idea what it could be? it will do it in neutral also
