I have noticed that sometimes when I take my foot off the brake there is a noise...unfortunately I can't describe it too well, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Also, How often do you have your brakes inspected?

Suggest doing a 4 wheel brake inspection for the noise. Frequency of inspection interval depends on the driving conditions of the vehicle. Personally I look see, once a year. Went 95K on my fronts and 155K on the rears. Relocated to retirement home, no more 500 mile round trip every weekend. Brakes life is now cut in half, more stops and less interstates.
