Default This noise, what is it? (vid inside)

Video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1dhnjqsgzp...28.09.mp4?dl=0

Truck is a 2008 XLT 5.4 4x4

You can really hear it better about 1min+ in.

The noise is present when going from a stop and taking off, or going back and forth like in the video. Power brake in drive or reverse does not generate the noise. Noise is present from stop only, does not occur with bumps or jarring of the suspension. Drives like a dream at cruising speed.

What I've done:
Dropped the front axle
The IWEs seem to be good, they are not catching/sticking
Transfer case is not catching/sticking
The trans mount and engine mounts seem tight
Did a u joint on the rear shaft, the other seemed fine-this noise present before and after.
Trans fluid is nice and red like it should be
The transfer case fluid was pitch black, there is no translucent properties of that stuff lol.
One of the motor mount screws loose, one that goes to the block itself, others are good.
A-arm bolts are tight
Strut mounts are tight

Recent work done:
Swaped front struts for belltech lift/lower struts
Removed rear blocks
New rear u-bolts and shocks
Alignment

Next items to consider:
Drop transfer case, trans, and torque converter for inspection (don't want to)

Gah.

Changed the transfer case fluid and removed the sway bar. Also went under and doublechecked the bolts, everything i can reach is tight. At this point I am thinking the transfer case may be suspect.

I think the noise is the trans mount sliding. I pulled it out and it looks like there is some wear on it. I have a new mount coming, we should know shortly.

If the spring wasn't fully compressed when the strut bolt was tightened it will make a noise very similar to that. If this started after the strut replacement I'd look at that. Stand on the bumper and bounce the truck hard. look at the center strut bolt to see if it moves with the bounce. I know you've checked the ones that mount to the tower but the center one can feel tight even when it isn't because of the spring tension

They were torqued with the truck on the ground and even loosened and retorqued. No change.
