Wheel bearing or IWEs. There is a black solenoid on the firewall behind the battery. Does yours have a cover/deflector on it?
Does the sound go away if you switch the 4wd on?

Bearings will get a rolling roar when they dry out.
Easiest way to find out is jack up the front remove the wheel and all the brake hardware. Start the truck and give the hub a spin. If the bearings are bad you will hear them

If it does happen to be a bad front HUB BEARING, just purchase a new BRAKE ROTOR because even though you can purchase a new bearing, it is generally cheaper and certainly less labor intensive to replace the HUB/ROTOR unit than just the bearing.... Use a premium quality rotor and the bearing quality should be decent as well... Don't fall into the trap of buying a high dollar bearing when a new brake rotor already has the bearing installed.... Just my two cents.. Bearing is pressed into the rotor hub and ABS stator is pressed onto the rotor hub...

Thanks everyone. I got the rotor and it was so easy to swap. The bearing was in there alraedy. It was a little more expensive but it was worthy I don't have to pull the broken bearing out and put a new one in.
