No start after edge

No start after edge
I was trying to put my truck back to stock with my edge cs. I went through everything thought it was all good I was taking the edge out to take my truck to trade it in and it won't start now. Checked fuses unplugged the battery and still nothing. The truck will power on but will not fire to start. I tried hooking it up to my scan gauge and it won't even read anything. So I'm thinking I either need a new PCM or need a reflash.

Have you tried to reload the edge? If it doesn't work, I would call them before paying for a tow to a dealership. A lot of dealerships will not just reflash the pcm. They require their own diagnostics first, and that costs more money.

I'd make a call to the support team at Edge first, to see if they can help; we know Ford will charge for the re-flash (assuming they do it), so a phone call to the Edge support is free, and worth it as a try.
Did you unplug the Edge from the OBD-II before the reset to stock was fully completed? Did the Edge screen say it was finished? If you plug the Edge back in, what does the small square box in the upper left show?

It was completely finished, it's an edge cs so it says at the bottom reading vin detecting EAS codes then it just drops out do it all over again and again after the third time it says cannot connect to vehicle. This wasn't the first time I ever put it back to stock so I did the same thing I always did.

Already tried both of those things. I just got off the phone with edge they are sending me a repair through fusion to load on my programmer to try and load into the truck. I won't be able to do this till I get home this evening so I'll keep you all posted.

I know you said you checked fuses, but did you check the PCM relay? I only ask because I blew mine when I first tried installing my Bullydog. Same symptoms you're describing. Had it towed to the dealership to have them fix it. Then had Bullydog recoup what I had paid the dealership.

Update
Edge sent me a file to try and fix my truck. I went to my truck all was looking good till right at the end my ignition was on but I wasn't trying to start it and my truck just started turning over. So I quick shut the ignition off and it kept turning over for a couple seconds enough that I was able to jump out of the truck to run for a wrench to unhook the battery. So I called edge again they sent me a new file so they can read my programmer to see what's wrong. Now they are reviewing the file and will get back to me when they know something. 🙏
