Hey all i have a 05' Screw Lariat 4x4... Currently my radio/cd player is not working. (indash 6cd changer) It doesnt even light up at night.. Stopped working like a week ago. Turned the truck on and nothing. Awhile back i had no radio and after i hit ALOT of bumps the radio slowly came back on and was good until a week ago. Is their a way to ck and see if the radio is getting power or do i need to bring it to a stereo shop??

Check fuses? Is it factory (i assume yes since in dash 6cd, but you never know), are you the original owner? If not take it out and see if the wires have been cut from a previous after market install.... regardless check the wires coming to the plug to see if they are receiving power with a multimeter....

Punch the radio? lol I had a 2001 Mustang GT where the cd player would get stuck and not do anything so I punched it (got mad haha) and it started working again don't do that though, check the wiring if you know how to. and fuse to see if its blown or dirty contacts.

mines being weird... 6 disc in 05 scab... i think its the cold weather

Mine did the same stuff I ended up getting a new aftermarket radio. It was the best thing no more crappy IPod rigging
