Default no power up hills

I am having a problem with acceleration under load. Any time I have a trailer or pulling a steep I have no acceleration. The motor will kick down but it will not accelerate. So I have seen some issues with coil packs and catalytic converters. I was wondering if it could possible be the transmission. Looking for any help at all.

What engine? Is this a new problem or has the truck done this since you have owned it?

Try a new Fuel filter. If that doesn't work check your fuel pressure.
