Default No power to passenger window switch

I have tried searching with no luck. I have a 05 screw XLT 4x4 and the front passenger window switch has no power to it. When it started acting up the window would go down flawlessly but did not want to go up by control of passenger switch. I swapped out switches and it worked great for a day until I installed power tow mirrors.

I have inspected the wiring and fuses with no luck. I am able to control the passenger window from the drivers door switch so it's not the motor. Is there a relay that I missed? Thank you all in advance

Inspect the wiring in the body to door "boot" or like techrep said, its the switch.

Test the new switch and/or swap it with a known good one (from one of the back doors) as a test.

Thanks for the input. I pulled the boot and checked all wires. I also pulled the fuse panel to check behind it. When I test the wires at the connection for the switch, I have no power at all.

I'm by no means an electrician but If I have no power to the switch, it's still not going to work if I swap my switches around.

I will continue to investigate and thanks again for the suggestions

agree...you can install a 100 switches and if you do not have power to it ...it’s not going to work...gotta chase the power wire back to find out where the power is lost...but, you know this already...good luck

Wow... I hate to admit this but I solved the problem! I got home from shift and just started messing with it again. I decided to check all doors to see if they had any issues. After testing the passenger and rear doors and none of their windows working I realized I had my blonde moment. I had the window lock ON.... Now I remember why I always start with the easiest problems. Thanks again for all the suggestions
