No Heat! 2005 F-150
Big problem, no heat!
It was working fine yesterday but this morning I had no heat. The blower works, I can change the direction of the air flow, I checked the fuse and looks good. What is it? I am taking the kids on a road trip up north on WED and need to get this thing fixed.

Plenty of coolant - are both heater hoses hot?
If so, then probably looking at a temperature blending door problem - physically stuck, actuator failed, or if you have an automatic temperature control system - perhaps a problem with it.

I have checked the hoses - they are warm
Checked the fuse - good
Temp - normal
After a little more looking I found that the heat is working and I think it may be the blend flap. I noticed warm air coming out on the passengers side floor. I switched the air control to the floor only and cranked the air up. It was all hot then I switched to the front of the dash and it was still hot. I think I am hearing alittle more noise when I switch the air flow and when I switch between hot and cold. I am leaning towards the flap or actuator or both as being faulty. The only thing is I have not been able to find information on how to fix it.
