No cruise after level
Hey everyone I've been searching several forums for last 2 days trying to find someone with my same problem but I've had no luck so here it goes, I installed a 2.5" leveling kit and 3" block a few days ago on my 2006 f150 and for some reason now my cruise won't work. Along with the cruise malfunction I also noticed that a few lights on the dash stopped lighting up upon start up and park brake light doesn't come on with the park brake engaged. Ive have checked all the possible fuses(that I know of). Does anyone have any idea what could be my problem?? Thanks for and all help!!!

Shouldn't be any connection between the two items. Are you sure it worked before hand? Maybe something happened if they disconnected the battery, but I can't see anything suspension ruining your cruise....

Check your third brake light.

Just a thought...when you installed your level, did you disconnect the speedo cable or tpms?
Edit: I ask because the 7 times installed or removed my various levels sometimes when I disconnect the knuckle from the UCA I remove the speedo cable so it doesn't tug when the knuckle swings out, just like removing the caliper.

ABS sensors are on the hub, speedo is on the transmission.

There is no speedo cable on these year trucks; it uses a speed sensor.
Check all your brake lights; make sure they are lighting up in the rear tail light housings. If one of the brake lights are not lighting up, the cruise will not operate. Sounds silly, but the cruise activates/deactivates on these late year trucks by detecting a voltage change in the brake light circuit. Folks that have bought LED bulbs or LED tail light assemblies without load resisters complained about their cruise not working after that install. A burned out bulb in the brake light circuit will also create a non working cruise.
