I have a 2.5" HBS on mine and have not had any problems. I don't remember reading where anyone else has either, but good luck.

Mine did that at full lock. If you are parked crank the wheel all the way either way and you can feel the upper a arm hit the coil and compress it a little. Not a problem IMO.

what brand leveling kit do you have? the AutoSpring brand has an offset design which helps eliminate this from happening. all thats happening is when your suspension droops (extends) your arm is hitting the coil. it wont really "hurt" anything in the near future, but you should avoid bumps at high speeds. if you go to a larger leveling kit, then you will be putting more stress on balljoint and cv angles.... so what you have now is really the lesser of 2 evils!

the ultimate best solution is to have a full lift, which will eliminate it completely.

I installed a 2.5 leveling kit on my friends Screw 4x4 and same problem. Leveling kits FTL. Bad CV angles. Bad ball joint angles. Upper control arm hits the sping. I would never use a leveling kit on my personal truck.

Many will say who cares if it hits. Who cares about the ball joint angles. Who cares about the CV joint angles and pre mature wear of the CV boots. It's up to you to decide if YOU care or not. I do.
