Yeah I got lucky with a blaster. My room mate works at a car dealership and they use a blaster that gonna do it for around 50 bucks and a case of beer. A friend of a friend hook up basically. I figured I'll have around 500 bucks in the project which is still pretty good considering the price of Roush wheels new. It will just take some time is the worst part.

Nothing shallow mounts I have under my seat now. P1s I believe they are.
Here's a few after sanding. I'm thinking of bondo to fill the main pits around the lug nut holes before I finish unless anyone has any other experience refinishing wheels.

For anyone following this thread. Back at it today. Sanded the inside of the barrels and cleaned em up with some degreaser. Letting them air dry and applying the bondo to the center areas now

Lol do it. That's a no brainer. I would have!! I got these for 200 and will have about 500 in them with no tires. I wouldn't hesitate if you have the money. But I'm biased I guess. Lol I like to keep it somewhat stock looking and the roush wheels did that for me. Plus you'll get chrome and that's def worth it if they're in good shape. I'm thinking a gun metal finish or something but that will be a few days. Hopefully will have primer on tonight so stay tuned!

Few hours later of straight sanding and another cleaning!
Letting them dry and then going to take the Dremel to the lug nut holes to smooth them out a little more and then heading to get some primer to self etch and to lay over that. Hopefully getting the primer layed on all four by the end of the night

That a good choice. I have a regular sized p1 in my truck but its a regular cab (and a half) so it fit just fine. And I agree on them having a nice clean stock look. And the gun metal finish should look great! It will be like a rush version of the gunmetal fx style wheels on new trucks
