Your tick hasn't quieted down or changed its tune at all?
Did you have any buildup on the old solenoid screens..?
I blew out the ports on my vct valve body while the solenoids were out with seafoam deep creep aerosol and a long straw.

If it was clean you probably have a worm passenger side phaser

Nope no change, old solenoids looked fine, no build up or broken screens. I used motorcraft 5w-30 and not Mobil 1 but I can't imagine that would make a big difference noise wise.
