As soon as you make something idiot proof a better idiot will come along. I had a gal with her shopping cart pressed up against my rig as she was unloading her groceries. I confronted her and she didn't understand what could be wrong.

Yes this is something I have built, the steps can only be up when parked, ignition off. I hooked them up to my key fob for the door locks. So when i am out of the truck and lock the doors they rotate up blocking the doors from opening and door dings. When i unlock with the key fob they rotate down. If you go to my photo gallery you can see all the safety devices i have built in. Thanks for looking..adams1492

Do you think you could build some kind of "inspector gadget" device for me where it would extend from the bottom of the truck on the sides, but then fan out to create a 360 degree barrier. Serious question.
