From the research I ve done it is also illegal here in ky. I m not dying to put cats on it because I love the sound. It has a pop to it but not to bad. I ve made an adjustment to the gotta mod as I was getting an 02 lean code so I removed one fouler from that side n I m back to no code and running good for now. Hopefully it will last.

So far it has not thrown another code after I removed one fouler from the right side. If the light stays off I will not pursue legal action but they definitely will not get a good referral from me and I m looking at turning it into the EPA.
