Well a air filter you could install your self it's very simple. A programmer you could also install yourself. If you don't have no mechanical experience you'll probably need to get someone to install the leveling kit for you that will probably run you a extra 200 for the install.

Get a bad *** sound system new speakers and sub because stock system in f150 is ****
Atleast leveled out. No truck looks good with the back sticking up in the air
Get some tint on your car
Programmer like these people have said
Air intake like they said
Mabe some HID lights
New rims and tires, if you do that I'd recommend a new front grill
If you like chrome there is a lot of chrome pieces you could put on a truck
New exhaust system
Change around some lights mabe depending on color and all of your truck
There are sooooooo many things you can do to customize your vehicle and make it how you like it and make it a representation of yourself if you love what you drive and you in high school and high school is for people to try to have the most badass car/truck

Some sites classify your roll bars as headache racks. If you are looking for functionality and not so much looks get one with the double bars over the top. Saw a single this pass weekend buckled up just as bad as the cab after a roll over. wasn't pretty. Dunno how the driver got out and was standing ext to it.

Tint windows or taillights
Paint emblems and badges with plastidip or paint
If your looking for a light bar I bought a Smittybilt light bar of their website for about $127 and its a straight forward steel bar that I think could be a great grille guard in an accident ha but it looks good as well
The light bar holds 4 lights, I have 4 black magic Hellas
As for a leveling kit if you were to get one auto spring or hellbent steel has one for $70 bucks and is say 2.5" level all day anymore and your putting more strain on your ball joints.
I'd definately say get some subs and a good amp . Listening to music is nothing without bass!
If you have any questions here's my truck again if your curious about something I did or have ask away
(in my last picture, that was before I got my black headlights)

And as far as sound system I would go with Rockford Fosgate for everything but don't buy it from a dealer go on google shopping and just search what you want and you can get everything atleast half off then just get a local shop to install everything
I have Rockford T157 in all of my doors which will be the direct fit ones for your truck too and Rockford T400-4 amp on them and a Rockford T2D412 in a super bass pro box with a Rockford T1500-1bdcp amp to power it which should of cost me close to $3,000 but I got for $1,200 and have had no problems at all with it and had since last christmas
