Put gas in it and drive it? That's what most people do with their trucks. Probably because that's what they're built to do.

Grats on the new truck!

Yea just drive it, but a few cheap things you could do get a leveling kit I would recommend auto spring there 75, get a k&n drop in airfilter there like 45 I noticed .5 mpg increase after installing it, and then look on eBay and craigslist for a good cheap programmer for like 100-150.

Here is my advice

Keep the Oil Changed and the Air Filter and Drive it.

You should use cruise control whenever possible and Dont Level it out you just cost yourself more money down the road. Trucks are design the way they are for a reason.

Pouring Money into a vehicle is a bad investment and only the fool hearty should do it.

BTW I"m a Fool Hearty.

Save your money if you want to update something update the sound system and put hands free calling into it.

Well a air filter you could install your self it's very simple. A programmer you could also install yourself. If you don't have no mechanical experience you'll probably need to get someone to install the leveling kit for you that will probably run you a extra 200 for the install.
