Will the redisigned 5.4 work my 04 model mine is on the way out and i will need to swap it soon

What do you mean the redesigned 5.4? All of the 5.4s on the F-150s were all Triton 24V motors. You can swap it without any issues.

Now what is wrong with your truck?
