For headlights I would go with a set produced by ford, whether if is the FX2 or the Harley headlights.

im a borla fan.
I agree... Flowmasters will rot out, especially if you live in the north.

Remember there is nothing that you can bolt your engine that is going to render your stock exhaust system a bottle neck (after you replace that stock 30" muffler!), aside from forced induction. All the parts on that engine, heads, cams, exhaust, everything... was designed to make 300hp @ the crank (about 220-230 @ the wheels) at or under 5000rpm. Now you can squeeze a little more out by adding exhaust, CAI, custom tune but the heart and sole of any engine is the camshaft/valve train. And it will dictate how much power is capable and at what rpm.

Im not saying that modifing your F150 is a waste of money, im just trying to tell you that there are a zillion aftermarket products out there all of which are within a couple horsepower of each other. Buy quality parts that will last the duration of your truck.

For CAI's, spend what your budget can afford.
For exhaust, buy stainless (fyi, flowmasters are not)
For tuners, if you want to rely on someone else to do the work, get an Xcal2, if you like to tinker yourself, buy a Diablosport Pred (ultimately they all do the same thing).

Also, dont get your hopes to high your not going to be runing 10's in the 1/4mile after any of this (or 15's for that matter). Do research and be happy with your choice. Hell its tought to make a 5500lbs truck feel fast!
