New Mods, New Pictures (HD headlights, LINE-Xed bumpers)
Dropped in the Harley Davidson style headlights, threw on the black "Ford" emblem overlays, and got my LINE-Xed bumpers and spray-in bedliner done. I know the bumpers might not be for everybody but it was a cheap solution to get rid of the chrome until I can source the paint-to-match STX/FX4 bumpers down the road. All the LINE-X on the truck has their kevlar additive which adds a little gloss to it...but the real benefit is the UV blockers to keep it from fading for the life of the vehicle, so it'll look as good 10 years down the road as it does now. I should have the slightly tinted Harley Davidson tail lights and completely blacked out third brake light coming in later this week which will finish off the rear for now, and I still have to decide what I want to do about the front grille and grille surround if anything, and she's basically done in the appearance department at that point.

Not really a big fan of Off Road style trucks or lifted trucks, but I gotta give it you with what you did with your bumpers. I don't think i've ever heard or seen anyone do that and I think it looks bad*** Good job man!

Truck is looking sweet!
I really like the bumpers and if I weren't a black & chrome fan I'd think about going with something like that. Oh yeah and your photography skills are awesome.

Personally, I think its looks killer....nice and clean. I was thinking of doing same to my chrome bumpers but the Linex guys here told me they wouldn't Linex over chrome, even if sandblasted, since it tends to flake off over time. Not sure what you did to prep your bumpers? Be curious to see how they hold up. In the meantime, I think it looks great especially with the color scheme of your truck!

Really Desert Dawg? Rhino lining won't stick forever becaues it's soft and cold sprayed, but LINE-X actually will stay put. They hot spray it and it's much harder and it kind of forms a shell over the chrome and the heat helps it bond (just like putting on a vinyl sticker during cold vs hot weather, the heat helps it stick).
The emblems are just overlay stickers but came out pretty good I thought.
Thanks for all the comments guys. Much appreciated. I think I've figured out the front end...going to get an H-style front grille paint matched, probably paint match the surround as well, and get a Westin bull bar with a few PIAA fog lights on it. It should give the front end that finishing touch it needs to pull it all together.
