Didnt realize you were in northern Ohio. Look up F150 Nation Ohio on Facebook. There are a good amount of guys around the area that are good to be around and have good working knowlege of these trucks if you ever need extra advice or another hand.

Will keep them in mind, my magnaflow came in today (one day free shipping .. Wow) and I might bolt it on this weekend if I have time. If not it'll go in with the motor. I'll keep you guys updated

Nice truck guy! It's nice to see when somebody takes pride in his vehicle. This one really shows it. Also great to see they can last 288k when taken care of. I had a similar issue with my 04 - 5.4 when I bought it. Would you believe it was just the wrong plugs? One of them actually had the electrode smashed. Funny thing though, the gas mileage went down after the tune up. It runs great now, but only 130k on it. You can be proud!

Haha all these similar problems with solutions making me wish I joined this forum before we bought the motor
