Nice project you have going there! Just curious why you done the manifolds after the engine was installed? Seems it would be easier while it was out.

On the manifolds... Plain ran out of time using my buddy's garage and had to put it back together and move it outside, plus wait a few days for the manifolds to come in. Getting them in was not bad as respects the entire process of replacing the entire motor...the passenger side went in easy after we broke the trans dipstick tube (very rusted and needed replaced anyways). Driver side we had to use a cherry picker to lift the motor slightly after popping out the giant motor mount bolt on that side.

The part of the bumper that I replaced was the metal part. Got it from a local parts supplier. I'll get the brand for you if you want? I think it is "diamond standard" It seems very high quality and went on straight with no issues. Easiest thing to do is pop your headlights out but you do not have to take the upper plastic valence off. 4 main bolts holding it on plus two 10 mm holding hood bump stops and 3 8mm holding a plastic piece. Get a buddy to help you.

Update, just finished adding a 6" lift kit, 35's and a gryphon programmer. Also rebuilt the rear end as their was a bad bearing. The lift install wasn't too bad, but had to cut two lower control arm bolts, couldn't get the cut bolts out of the control arms, so had to buy two new lower control arms. The lift replaced the 2.5 level with all new lift struts and it rides much much better than with the budget boost.
