programmers arent complicated, i know its a diesel and this is a gas burner forum. but we got one for our 03 7.3 liter, we just read the instructions and figured it out. you can buy programmers at performance shops and they should show you everything you need to know, but i would get a gryphon or sct.

the tuner plugs into the obdII port its plug n play, takes about 5 mins and no mechinal knowledge is required.

Tuners are as stated above. 5 minutes and you are done. Buy custom tunes for you truck.
Efans if you are determined to spend the money all on upgrades, or a head unit.
But the head unit will lead you to buying new speakers. Maybe just new speakers for now and the stereo later.

Decided on going with a edge evo tuner.. And now looking at cold air intakes.. Suggestions..

Afe air intake... I bought one and it really helped on throttle response and performance...
